1. Booking & Payment Policy

Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.

Payment Schedule:

Booking Amount: 30% non-refundable advance is required to block services and confirm the booking.

Balance Payment: The remaining 70% must be paid in full on Day 1 of the trip upon arrival or commencement of services.

Payment Default: Failure to clear the outstanding balance on Day 1 will result in the immediate suspension of all services (hotels/transport), and the company bears no liability for the disruption.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent via email. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Charges:

30+ Days prior: Retention of the 30% Booking Deposit.

15-30 Days prior: 50% of total tour cost.

0-15 Days prior / No Show: 100% non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days via bank transfer only.

3. Operational Scope & Liabilities

Third-Party Services: TourDeWorld acts as an aggregator. We are not liable for service deficiencies by hotels, airlines, or transporters (e.g., flight delays, AC breakdown, maintenance issues).

Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to weather, traffic, or operational constraints. No refunds will be issued for missed sightseeing due to these external factors.

Personal Loss: Urban Trail Pvt Ltd is not responsible for theft, loss of baggage, or personal accidents during the tour.

4. Hotel & Transport Policy

Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is [12:00 PM] and check-out is [10:00 AM/11:00 AM], subject to hotel policy. Early check-in/late check-out is not guaranteed.

Vehicle Usage: Transport is provided on a point-to-point basis as per the itinerary, not on a disposal basis.

5. Force Majeure

Urban Trail Pvt Ltd is not liable for cancellation or non-performance due to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions. In such cases, no refund is applicable a credit note may be issued at the company's sole discretion.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
