Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your trip. In such cases, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- If a customer cancels their booking more than 30 days before the departure date, they will receive a full refund of their payment.
- If a customer cancels their booking between 15-30 days before the departure date, they will receive a 50% refund of their payment.
- If a customer cancels their booking less than 15 days before the departure date, they will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case of a no-show, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the event of a natural disaster, war, or other unexpected events that prevent the customer from travelling, TourDeWorld will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule the trip at a later date.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers and to ensure that you have a great experience with us. In case you are not satisfied with our services, or if your plans change and you are eligible for a refund, our refund policy is as follows:
- All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days.
- If a refund is approved, the customer will receive their payment back to the original payment method.
- Refunds will not be processed for services that have been fully utilized.
